Duties and Responsibilities:
The Finance and Administrative Coordinator will have a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Project Logistical Coordination: Provide logistical support for project activities, including drafting and monitoring project subcontracts for complex divisional projects.
  • Accounting Support: Prepare travel and field expense reports, file and monitor project budgets, and submit and monitor collaborator invoices.
  • Data Management: Maintain various administrative databases, monitor project calendars, and ensure timely electronic filing of documents.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports and invoices for donors, monitor receivables, and assist with annual audits.
  • Contract Management: Close out collaborator and sub-contractor contracts after verifying all deliverables have been received.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of budgets for proposals and projects, and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:
For the Finance and Administrative Coordinator I level, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with two years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with five years of relevant experience. For the Finance and Administrative Coordinator II level, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with five years of relevant experience is required, or an associate’s degree with seven years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are intermediate or pursuing CA/CS/CWA qualifications. Knowledge of Tally software is preferable, and candidates must demonstrate proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work productively in a multicultural team environment are essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Educational Background:
