Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent's duties include supporting JSEC users in the ICT transition as a tactical level technical coordinator. Responsibilities encompass coordination of user support and asset management for JSEC end-user equipment, which involves handling SINA tokens and cards, managing phone systems, and troubleshooting hardware issues. The role also requires assistance in exercise user support, coordination with the NCIA Support Office, and managing network administration tasks such as troubleshooting network issues and cable patching. The candidate will act as the point of contact for coordination and issue resolution with service providers, ensuring that all ICT services are delivered efficiently and effectively to support JSEC operations.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess secondary or higher secondary education along with at least five years of post-related experience. A strong understanding of ICT is essential, as well as skills in CISCO network administration for small LANs. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with a required SLP level of 3333 for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The ability to communicate effectively in English is crucial, as all work within the headquarters is conducted in this language.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes at least secondary or higher secondary education. Candidates should have a solid foundation in ICT principles and practices, which is critical for performing the duties associated with the role effectively.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in ICT support or a related field. This experience should include hands-on work with network administration, user support, and asset management, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Languages:
English is the mandatory language for this position, with a required proficiency level of SLP 333

Additional Notes:
The selected candidate will initially receive a six-month contract, with the possibility of extension for an additional six months based on performance and operational needs. The gross monthly salary for this position is EURO 5,260.65, subject to taxation. Temporary personnel are responsible for their tax obligations. The benefits package includes pension contributions by NATO (12% of basic salary), medical and accident benefits, and paid leave of 2.5 days per month worked. A security clearance certificate (minimum NATO Secret) is required before appointment.
