They will complete due diligence reviews and profiling of approximately 300–400 companies during their assignment. Additionally, the volunteer will maintain and regularly update a tracker that includes company profiles, due diligence status, risk assessment findings, and recommendations. They will disseminate information related to the WEPs Awards 2026 to companies and business networks, conduct outreach to around 500 companies through emails and follow-up communications, and support responses to basic queries regarding the awards process. The volunteer will also maintain a tracker of outreach conducted, follow-ups completed, applications received, and pending actions, aiming to secure an additional 30–40 WEPs Awards applications. They will assist in reviewing applications and coordinating the collection of missing information and supporting documents from applicants. Weekly progress updates summarizing due diligence completed, outreach conducted, applications received, and follow-up actions required will also be part of their responsibilities. Online Volunteers may be required to join an orientation call virtually, and all necessary documents and resources will be provided by UN Women.
