Job Overview:
The Assistant position is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to staff members, particularly in the Banking division. The role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating smooth operations within the office. The Assistant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing secretarial assistance during project preparations, and ensuring effective communication within the team. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Assistant will also play a crucial role in maintaining the office's organizational structure, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: screening telephone calls and taking messages, providing a professional front-of-house service; distributing mail and ensuring correct correspondence reaches the appropriate EBRD staff member; managing the diaries of Bankers to facilitate smooth office operations; proofreading and drafting routine business correspondence for Banker’s signature; organizing conference calls, video conferences, and meetings; making travel arrangements for business trips, including visa arrangements and preparing expense claim forms; providing administrative support in project preparation, due diligence, and monitoring; maintaining an organized filing system for easy retrieval of project documents; updating project databases; assisting in the organization of workshops and seminars; preparing presentations for meetings; and covering receptionist duties in their absence. The Assistant will also be expected to perform ad-hoc secretarial and administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess higher education qualifications and demonstrate fluency in both English and Ukrainian, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Essential qualifications include prior secretarial and administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive and flexible attitude towards work. The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain effective communication is crucial. Attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to build effective working relationships in a multicultural environment are also required. Candidates should be conscientious, reliable, and possess a professional demeanor, with a strong team-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently.

Educational Background:
