Job Overview: The position is situated within the Development and Communication department, which consists of 12 members, specifically in the digital pole. The selected candidate will report directly to the Social Media & Community Manager and will collaborate synergistically with other members of the digital pole, as well as with other poles and departments within the organization. The role involves the creation, production, and publication of digital content aimed at enhancing the organization's social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for producing content that adheres to the organization's guidelines and editorial line, which includes creating visuals such as infographics and testimonials, writing scripts, and managing project timelines with external service providers. Additionally, the candidate will engage with online communities to foster their involvement and respond to comments and private messages, thereby enhancing the organization's digital footprint.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the work-study position include:
Creation, production, and publication of digital content for the organization's social media platforms, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and editorial standards.
Development of visual content such as infographics, carousels, and testimonials, as well as the adaptation of various formats including press releases, mini-campaigns, and articles.
Writing scripts, conducting video shoots, and editing video content.
Operational management of the editorial calendar, including data entry, updates, and deadline compliance.
Assisting in the programming and publication of produced content on social media.
Interacting with online communities to strengthen engagement and respond to inquiries.
Coordinating communication efforts with field teams, including project follow-up and content collection.
Managing the organization's photo and video libraries, providing technical support, and validating imported photos.
Contributing to performance analysis and monthly reporting on social media metrics. 1
Conducting continuous monitoring and producing benchmarks on social media trends and best practices, particularly in the humanitarian sector. 1

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a higher education qualification (minimum bac +3) in Communication or Marketing. They should demonstrate strong writing skills and an ability to synthesize information, with a perfect command of spelling, syntax, and editorial codes. Technical web skills are essential, including familiarity with social media platforms, desktop publishing tools, content management systems (CMS), search engine optimization (SEO), audience measurement tools, and video editing software. Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is required. Candidates should exhibit good interpersonal skills, be dynamic, curious, proactive, and detail-oriented. A genuine interest and motivation for the non-profit and humanitarian sectors are crucial. Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary, and knowledge of WordPress and email marketing platforms is appreciated.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a minimum of a bac +3 level qualification in Communication or Marketing. Additional Notes: The work-study position is based at the headquarters of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL in Clichy (92), accessible via the Mairie de Clichy metro station. The role allows for remote work 4 to 12 days per month, in accordance with the organization's telework policy and manager approval. The contract is an apprenticeship lasting 12 to 24 months, with remuneration in line with current regulations. Benefits include an 80% coverage of health insurance, a 50% reimbursement of public transport costs by SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL, and meal vouchers valued at €8.90, with a 60% contribution from the organization.
