Job Overview: As an Alternant(e) in Supply Chain, you will work under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager. Your primary missions will include supporting the Purchasing/Procurement service operationally, which involves following training for 'Purchasing Signatory' and mastering HI's purchasing rules. You will also be responsible for following training on dedicated business tools (Link and Hinvoice), making low to medium technical purchases autonomously, and monitoring supply phases in collaboration with internal and external partners. Additionally, you will participate in calls for tenders and support the Purchasing/Procurement service in terms of framework and standards by assisting with internal requests, participating in the revision of purchasing and procurement standards, and contributing to the administration and animation of the service's intranet space. Furthermore, you will support emergency stock management by assisting with the deployment of equipment and consumables for teams in emergency situations, as well as preparing requests for stock exits and internal documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
