Job Overview:
The Youth Development Correspondent Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the development and coordination of a network of Youth Development Correspondents throughout Africa. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Youth Development Correspondent Coordinator include: supporting the onboarding process for new volunteers, maintaining accurate records of volunteer participation, tracking assignments and deliverables, monitoring engagement levels, coordinating communication between correspondents and leadership, organizing virtual meetings and training sessions, preparing summaries of activities and progress reports, assisting with project scheduling and workflow management, identifying challenges in participation and proposing solutions, and supporting the expansion of the correspondent network. The coordinator will also be responsible for creating a volunteer tracking system, compiling monthly participation reports, maintaining a correspondent directory, summarizing meeting discussions, providing recommendations for enhancing engagement, and delivering progress updates on the network's activities.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Youth Development Correspondent Coordinator position should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
