Job Overview:
The Infrastructure Engineering Analyst position at the World Bank Group is a critical role within the Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) Vice Presidency. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about leveraging technology to support the organization's mission of ending extreme poverty and enhancing shared prosperity. The analyst will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for various multimedia events, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal clients and stakeholders. The analyst will work closely with event organizers, interpreters, and other technical staff to ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining high standards of service and reliability. The position also involves managing audiovisual systems and ensuring optimal performance during high-visibility engagements, making it essential for candidates to possess strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Infrastructure Engineering Analyst will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including but not limited to: serving as the primary technical point of contact for meeting organizers; coordinating end-to-end event preparation, which includes connectivity testing, technical dry runs, and live event execution; providing live streaming and recording support for meetings and events; capturing and delivering media files and recordings post-event; supporting simultaneous interpretation services; troubleshooting and supporting executive-level meetings and conferences; setting up and operating audiovisual and videoconferencing systems; responding promptly to client inquiries; monitoring conference room systems; verifying and troubleshooting virtual connections; managing playback and streaming from various audio and video sources; diagnosing system anomalies; and performing other duties as assigned to support the team's operational objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Infrastructure Engineering Analyst position must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the IT field. The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and operational discipline. They should demonstrate a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality event and collaboration support in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, candidates must exhibit responsiveness, reliability, and accountability in their operations, with the ability to provide consistent support to project teams and stakeholders.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have at least 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong emphasis on technical support for multimedia events. Candidates should also have a proven track record of working in high-pressure environments and supporting complex technical operations.

Languages:
