Job Overview:
The AI Program Manager position at the IRC is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of applying artificial intelligence in the humanitarian sector. Duties and Responsibilities:
The AI Program Manager will oversee AI governance and enterprise AI project management. Responsibilities include managing the intake and documentation of AI use cases, coordinating high-risk reviews, maintaining audit trails, and communicating with stakeholders. The role also involves leading project management for organization-wide AI initiatives, developing project plans, facilitating meetings, and producing status reports for senior leadership. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least 6 years of project management experience in IT or technology-driven environments, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience with AI projects is strongly preferred. Familiarity with international NGOs or global humanitarian organizations is advantageous. Certifications such as PMP or CSM are preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional project management standards.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position, providing a foundational understanding of project management principles and practices. Additional certifications in project management or related fields are highly desirable, as they indicate a higher level of expertise and commitment to the profession.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in technology-driven environments. Experience leading AI projects, whether in a project management, product, or operational capacity, is strongly preferred. Languages:
