Job Overview: The position is situated within the Development and Communication department, which consists of 16 individuals. The successful candidate will report directly to the marketing campaign manager and the donor relations officer. The role involves providing administrative support and participating in the operational follow-up of marketing and fundraising campaigns, as well as donor relationship management. The candidate will be expected to engage with field teams and the communication team to gather contextual and operational information, beneficiary testimonials, and visuals for agency briefs. Additionally, the candidate will assist in the creation of marketing materials, proofreading, and ensuring the final version of mailings is compliant with standards. The role also includes monitoring online and offline materials from other sector actors and fundraising campaigns, archiving, and invoice management. The candidate will participate in street marketing campaigns, visiting teams to ensure messaging consistency and motivate staff, and will communicate updates to service providers through newsletters. The position requires tracking weekly results and managing donor inquiries, ensuring that donor relations are maintained effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the work-study position include:
Assisting in the preparation of fundraising and donor retention mailings, including gathering contextual information and testimonials from beneficiaries.
Participating in the creation of marketing materials and proofreading texts for accuracy.
Verifying the final version of mailings for compliance, including checking addresses, personalization, and URLs/QR codes.
Conducting monitoring of online and offline materials from other organizations in the sector.
Archiving and organizing fundraising materials and managing invoice records.
Visiting street marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and motivate staff.
Communicating updates to service providers through newsletters and addressing any complaints from donor relations.
Tracking weekly results and managing donor inquiries, including responding to emails and phone calls.
Managing personalized thank-you communications for major donors and ensuring the timely issuance of tax receipts. 1
Supporting the continuous improvement of tools and content, including updating donor communication materials and enhancing donor experience. 1
Assisting in administrative follow-up and reporting on donor relations actions, ensuring data quality and adherence to internal processes.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include a BAC +3 to BAC +5 level of education with a specialization in Marketing or Communication. Candidates should possess knowledge of offline marketing techniques and have a strong interest in writing. Essential qualities for the role include rigor, autonomy, responsiveness, adaptability, patience, and strong interpersonal and writing skills. A genuine interest in humanitarian and associative work is also important. Additionally, a basic understanding of English is considered a plus.
Educational Background: Candidates are expected to have a higher education background, specifically a BAC +3 to BAC +5 level, with a focus on Marketing or Communication. This educational background is crucial for understanding the principles of marketing and communication strategies that will be applied in the role.

Additional Notes: This work-study position is based at the headquarters of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL in Clichy (92), with access to public transportation covered at 50% by the organization. The position offers partial remote work options and includes meal vouchers valued at €8.90 per day of actual presence, with SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL contributing 60% towards this. The duration of the work-study contract is expected to be 1 to 2 years, starting from the desired commencement date in September 202
