Duties and Responsibilities: The primary focus of the internship will be on event planning for HRW Geneva's 2026 Annual Dinner, which is the organization's largest fundraising event of the year, scheduled for November 5, 202
Interns will assist with various logistics related to the annual dinner, including editing creative materials, liaising with event vendors, and writing acknowledgment letters and other correspondence. Additionally, interns will support the team in coordinating donor communication and outreach efforts, utilizing databases, and conducting desk research for development and outreach projects. Interns will also have the chance to attend online lectures, training courses, and professional development workshops, as well as network with other HRW interns, volunteers, and employees.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Development and Outreach Intern position should ideally be enrolled in an undergraduate-level academic program throughout the duration of the internship. In certain cases, recent graduates who are pursuing advanced degrees may also be considered. Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications. While previous internship experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
