Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Digital and DRTV Fundraising Content Production and Management Assistant include:
Assisting in the setup and maintenance of UNHCR Korea's Digital and DRTV fundraising content marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with fundraising goals.
Developing and producing a wide range of digital and DRTV fundraising content, including digital ads, DRTV creatives, and collateral materials.
Archiving all Digital and DRTV fundraising assets, such as photos and videos, for future use.
Monitoring the performance of fundraising content and analyzing market trends to provide regular performance reports.
Assisting in the planning and execution of Digital and DRTV fundraising strategies and annual plans.
Implementing various fundraising campaign activities across multiple platforms, including social media and traditional TV.
Researching and identifying new digital fundraising platforms and channels.
Collaborating with partners, media agencies, and suppliers to enhance fundraising programs.
Supporting administrative tasks related to procurement, vendor contracting, and payments. 1
Performing other duties as required by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include:
A university degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with a High School Diploma, or no experience required for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
Previous experience in digital content, media, platforms, or non-profit organizations is preferred.
Key competencies include experience in delivering digital/social content marketing campaigns, fundraising, and income generation through marketing programs.
Strong copywriting and editing skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English are mandatory.
A genuine interest in humanitarian activities and international organizations is highly valued.
Educational Background: Candidates should possess a university degree in a relevant field such as marketing, advertising, or communication. This educational background is essential to understand the principles of digital marketing and content production effectively.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience for candidates with a High School Diploma.
