Job Overview: The Senior PSP IG Assistant-Data Analysis plays a vital role in the UNHCR Korea Private Sector Partnership team, focusing on data analysis to support private sector fundraising initiatives. This position is essential for driving income growth and enhancing donor commitment through data-driven decision-making. The incumbent will work closely with the Data Management Associate to analyze fundraising results, assess campaign efficiency, and manage data quality. The role requires a proactive approach to data management, ensuring that insights derived from analysis contribute significantly to the growth of fundraising activities and donor engagement. The position is designed for individuals who are passionate about leveraging data to make impactful contributions to fundraising efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze, prepare, and provide comprehensive data reports and insights on donor acquisition, fundraising performance, and donor retention.
Offer data support and insights for global projects aimed at enhancing donor development.
Manage the payment process for donation withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee the data mart to maintain the quality and accuracy of donor and fundraising data.
Support the team with data management and analysis, including change management, KPI management, and data standardization.
Engage in strategic analysis and data interpretation related to donor acquisition and retention programs.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity in managing donor and fundraising data.
Perform other related duties as required to support the team's objectives and initiatives.
Required Qualifications: a. Education: Completion of a high school diploma or a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required. b. Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience is required for candidates with a high school diploma, or a minimum of 1 year of experience for those with a BA or higher in the field of Data Analysis, CRM management, or Marketing strategy. c. Key Competencies & Preferred Qualifications: Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge or experience with Data Mart and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable. Fluency in both English and Korean, with strong written and spoken communication skills, is mandatory.
Educational Background: Candidates must have completed a high school diploma or possess a university degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or Data Science. In cases where a degree is not held, a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required to qualify for the position.
