Maintain accurate supply records and support documentation to ensure transparency. 2) Administrative and Logistical Support: Provide logistical support for workshops and training sessions, including preparation of materials, travel arrangements, and venue coordination. Document program activities and maintain effective document repository systems. 3) Additional Support: Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Education Section based on evolving priorities and needs. This may include stakeholder communication and helping partners access key resources and operational information.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential. Familiarity with supply chain management and administrative processes is highly desirable.
