Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Resources Assistant will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to: participating in the recruitment process by evaluating and screening applications, preparing candidate profiles, and conducting roster searches for vacancies. The assistant will assist in filling posts across all categories, which includes initiating and following up on reference checks and academic verifications, ensuring that pre-recruitment formalities are completed.
