Job Overview:
The Recruitment Outreach position at ADB is designed to engage with potential candidates who are interested in contributing to the bank's mission of reducing poverty and improving the quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. This role involves organizing and conducting in-person meetings with pre-selected participants in Bangkok, Thailand, as part of ADB's Talent Acquisition Division's efforts to identify and attract top talent. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Recruitment Outreach position include but are not limited to:
  • Organizing and facilitating 1-on-1 meetings with pre-selected candidates during the in-person visit to Bangkok.
  • Communicating ADB's mission, values, and key areas of impact to potential candidates.
  • Reviewing applications and verifying candidate availability for meetings.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders in the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Division to develop outreach strategies that align with ADB's recruitment goals.
  • Providing feedback and insights on candidate interactions to improve future recruitment efforts.
  • Ensuring that all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with ADB's policies and procedures.
  • Participating in recruitment events and initiatives to promote ADB as an employer of choice.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates applying for the Recruitment Outreach position must meet the following qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, 6 years for mid-level opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles.
