Job Overview:
As a Chargé(e) d’appui logistique, you will report to the logistics director and ensure the control and compliance of purchasing processes and logistics management for programs while providing operational support to teams. You will also oversee the administration and deployment of logistics tools, as well as the management of documentary resources and user support. This position contributes to the continuous improvement of practices, harmonization of standards, and dissemination of procedures and tools within programs. Additionally, you will be a purchasing signatory for the service, which entails a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Internal Control: You will perform checks on purchasing files and framework files for programs requiring headquarters control, as defined in each program's procurement procedures. You will implement supplier screening to detect illicit activities according to the Institutional Policy and applicable ARCI. Clear communication with programs regarding required corrections, proposed improvements, and explanations for reviewed files is essential. You will ensure that programs provide applicable rules and authorized signatories for file verification and recommend adjustments to control levels based on identified risks. Additionally, you will contribute to the automation of file checks.

2) Management of the Link Catalog: You will manage the content of the Link catalog, connecting with specialists, programming and facilitating meetings with technical teams, organizing different categories of Link, creating missing articles with data from technical teams, archiving obsolete articles, and communicating with catalog managers from other associations on the Link platform. You will also support the deployment of digital tools by updating necessary documents, ensuring their dissemination and collection, creating and configuring regions/countries/sites, and training program teams in user account management.

3) Management of Documentary Resources: You will streamline the management of standards (Facilities, Supply, Profession) by maintaining the Documentary Reference, coding existing documentary resources (tools, guides, etc.), and supporting standard references for editing in compliance with the graphic charter. You will inform standard references of obsolete, inconsistent, or unclear content to facilitate reading and understanding. Additionally, you will manage communication platforms by publishing documents on Hinside and SharePoint and publishing communication articles in various spaces.

Required Qualifications:
You should have experience in logistical support, supply chain, or procurement management, ideally in an NGO, humanitarian, or international environment. You must possess skills in purchasing processes, supplier file management, or framework contracts. Proficiency in data management, simple configuration, and updating references is essential. You should be comfortable with intra-departmental communication and with internal clients. Being rigorous, pragmatic, and organized is crucial. A very good level of French and English (written and spoken) is required.

Educational Background:


Experience:
The position requires prior experience in logistical support, supply chain management, or procurement, particularly in contexts related to NGOs or humanitarian work. Familiarity with the processes and challenges of international operations is highly valued, as is the ability to navigate complex logistical environments effectively.

Languages:
Fluency in French and English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not required.

Additional Notes:
This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) for 12 months starting in July 2026, based in Lyon. The position is classified as AGM with 25 days of paid leave and 22.5 RTT days annually.
