Job Overview:
The Senior Program Officer (SPO) for Market Dynamics will serve as a key resource within the Access team, focusing on market-shaping activities for vaccines and related supplies. This role involves providing technical support for market access initiatives to internal Program Strategy Teams (PSTs), deal teams, and external partners. Key duties include: providing ongoing support to team members and PSTs for vaccine market dynamics; co-leading initiatives to advance applied market dynamics practices; building tools and public goods to enhance market dynamics effectiveness; engaging with global buying institutions to improve procurement practices; fostering relationships with major global partnerships like Gavi and the Global Fund; leading transactions to ensure affordable vaccine supply; maintaining knowledge of vaccine industry trends; and representing the foundation in relevant external committees.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in healthcare product categories relevant to global health goals, with a minimum of five years in market research, healthcare management consulting, or related fields. A strong preference is given to those with vaccine knowledge and experience in emerging markets or developing countries. Candidates should be recognized as market dynamics specialists, demonstrating technical credibility with industry partners and internal teams.
