Job Overview: The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be part of the Enterprise Business Applications team, specifically focusing on Human Resources and Payroll Applications within the IT department. The team's mission is to leverage digital platforms to enhance the foundation's core operations, accelerate goal achievement, and amplify the foundation's global impact. This role involves collaborating with business partners to build, implement, support, and optimize HR and Payroll processes and systems, particularly in modules related to core Human Capital Management (HCM), Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, US and Global Payroll, and Workforce Planning. The analyst will utilize their technical expertise and business acumen to streamline processes and ensure effective integration with other business applications and systems within the IT ecosystem.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for understanding customer needs and advising on continuous improvement initiatives. They will lead engagements with business partners to analyze changing business requirements and communicate the implications of proposed changes on systems.
