Job Overview:
As a Project Manager within the Communications Division, you will report to the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Deputy Director of Editorial Planning. Your primary responsibility will be to lead project management for the editorial planning function, which includes managing the editorial calendar and overseeing the Editorial Board processes. You will coordinate major communications campaigns and manage cross-functional planning processes throughout the year. This role requires strong project management skills and strategic communications thinking, as you will collaborate with communicators, writers, and campaign leads to align priorities, identify risks, and ensure that the editorial planning aligns with the foundation's communication goals. Additionally, you will provide flexible project management support across various initiatives as business needs evolve, which may involve up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include leading project management for the Communications Division's editorial calendar, collaborating with various teams to develop and execute an integrated editorial calendar that strategically guides the foundation's voice. You will own the planning and execution of the Editorial Board process, which involves agenda development, meeting coordination, decision tracking, and continuous improvement of the process. You will also manage major communications campaigns, coordinating with campaign leads on planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables. Furthermore, you will provide project management support for leadership writing deliverables and track progress across editorial planning priorities, offering regular updates to Communications leadership and stakeholders. Continuous improvement of editorial planning processes and tools will also be part of your responsibilities to enhance efficiency and collaboration across the division.
