Duties and Responsibilities: The Programme Officer's duties include:

Alternatively, a first-level university degree combined with two additional years of qualifying work experience may be accepted. Successful completion of degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics, or data science is considered an advantage.
Experience: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in project or program management, human rights, administration, or a related area is required. Experience in human rights-based planning is essential, and familiarity with donor relations is desirable. Additionally, two or more years of experience in data analytics or a related area is preferred.
Languages: The working languages of the United Nations Secretariat are English and French. For this position, proficiency in both languages is required, with a minimum level of proficiency specified according to the UN Language Framework. Candidates must demonstrate strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in both English and French.
