Job Overview: The Associate Event Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in the technical setup, testing, and delivery of both in-person and hybrid events at the EBRD's headquarters and off-site locations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all technical systems are fully operational and that event requirements are met to a high professional standard. The specialist will provide hands-on technical services across various systems, including audiovisual, sound/recording, video conferencing, simultaneous interpretation, and streaming systems. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Associate Event Technical Specialist include supporting the planning and technical delivery of events, preparing and configuring technical systems prior to events, assisting with the operation of audiovisual and conferencing equipment, and ensuring that all systems function reliably during live events.
