Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Project Assistant will be tasked with a variety of duties including: ensuring the smooth functioning of project administration and office management; providing management and administrative support; processing entitlements and issuing contracts; maintaining records and files; advising project staff on administrative rules and procedures; making travel arrangements; organizing special meetings and workshops; liaising with technical units and stakeholders; preparing correspondence and reports; monitoring deadlines for responses; managing project expenditures; drafting administrative correspondence; supervising junior staff; and performing other relevant duties as assigned.
