Job Overview: Under the supervision of the International Stock Manager, your role will involve managing the supplies and de-stocking of central stocks located in Paris and Lyon, as well as providing administrative support to the Stock Manager in managing decentralized stocks, which includes overseeing entries and exits and valuing stocks. In this capacity, your responsibilities will include ensuring the management of central stocks in Paris and Lyon, managing the administrative aspects of decentralized stocks, assisting procurement officers in preparing field shipments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage central stocks located in Paris and Lyon, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment.
Oversee the administrative management of decentralized stocks, including tracking inventory movements and maintaining accurate records.
Assist procurement officers in preparing shipments for field operations, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of stock management processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of stock management with organizational goals and operational needs.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all stock-related activities.
Provide regular reports on stock levels and movements to the Stock Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a BTS or Bac+2 qualification in logistics, stock management, purchasing, or supply chain management. The ideal candidate should be autonomous, meticulous, and possess a proactive mindset. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to classify and archive data effectively. Proficiency in Excel is required, and candidates must be able to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
Educational Background: A minimum educational requirement of BTS or Bac+2 in logistics, stock management, purchasing, or supply chain management is necessary for this position. This educational background provides the foundational knowledge and skills required to effectively manage stock and supplies within the organization.
Experience: Candidates should have relevant experience in logistics or stock management, ideally within a non-profit or humanitarian context. Experience in administrative roles that involve inventory management and supply chain processes will be highly regarded. The level of experience should demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Languages: Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset, particularly if they are relevant to the regions in which Action contre la Faim operates.
Additional Notes: This position is classified as Agent de Maîtrise, Class 9, and is a full-time permanent contract (CDI). The job is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from 30,000 to 34,000 euros gross annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a seniority bonus after three years of service, 25 days of annual leave, and 21 days of RTT. Health coverage is provided, with 80% of costs covered by ACF. Salary maintenance provisions are in place for illness, maternity, and paternity. Transportation costs are partially reimbursed, and meal vouchers are provided with a 60% contribution from the organization. Teleworking is available for all employees within metropolitan territory, with a requirement for 16 days of in-office presence per month, as well as mandatory attendance for collective meetings and events.
