Job Overview: The Management Information System (MIS) Data Specialist will play a crucial role in the Education for All South Sudan (EFASS) program, which aims to address the educational crisis in South Sudan, where millions of children are out of school. This position is embedded within the Ministry of General Education and Instruction (MoGEI) in Juba, emphasizing the IRC's commitment to government ownership and sustainability. The MIS Data Specialist will lead efforts to strengthen education data systems, ensuring that data management transitions from donor-funded initiatives to a fully MoGEI-managed system.
