Duties and Responsibilities:
Volunteers will be tasked with documenting the current platform behavior in a clear and structured manner. They will draft user stories using a specific format that outlines the user, desired functionality, and the expected benefit or outcome. Additionally, they will develop background or problem statements that articulate the need or challenge faced by users. Volunteers will also define proposed behaviors for how the platform's functionalities should operate and draft acceptance criteria that detail the expected outcomes and conditions for completion. Each volunteer is expected to contribute to a set of completed user stories, which will include background/problem statements, user stories, current platform behavior, proposed behavior, acceptance criteria, and any supporting notes or questions for the Learning Passport team.
