  • Collaborating with the communications team to craft public advocacy materials and strategies, ensuring alignment with advocacy targets.
  • Fostering a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and sharing credit for successes.
  • Promoting gender equality, diversity, and inclusion within IRC's culture and policy solutions.

A relevant degree in political science, international relations, public policy, or a related field is preferred. Additional qualifications or certifications in advocacy, communications, or humanitarian affairs may be advantageous.

Experience:
The position requires at least 2 years of relevant work experience in advocacy, particularly within the UK context. Candidates should demonstrate a history of successfully implementing advocacy strategies and engaging with political stakeholders.
