Job Overview:
The position of Alternant en Relation Donateurs involves providing support to the donor relations team in implementing the donor relationship strategy. The candidate will contribute to the daily management of donor relations, including overseeing the donation processing service provider, tracking the association's fundraising efforts, and organizing regular meetings with the service provider. The role also includes coordinating communication with internal contributors and various departments involved in donation processing, such as Marketing. The candidate will assist in managing service providers that support donor relations, including monitoring the routing service provider for tax receipt processing and overseeing call and email relay services. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the management and historical documentation of exchanges with donors, work closely with the donor relations support officer, and help improve practices within the donor relations department by ensuring compliance with procedures and suggesting operational efficiency improvements. The role also involves participating in the creation and updating of administrative tools and donor support materials, conducting benchmarks, and staying informed about new tools and practices in donor relations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the deployment of the donor relationship strategy.
  • Assist the entire Donor Relations team in implementing the donor relationship strategy.
  • Contribute to the daily management of donor relations.
  • Manage the donation processing service provider.
  • Track the association's fundraising efforts.
  • Organize and participate in regular meetings with the service provider.
  • Coordinate communication with internal contributors.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be pursuing a higher education degree such as a BTS or IUT in commercial techniques, sales administration, or marketing, with knowledge in customer relations. The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening abilities, establishing trust with various stakeholders. Initiative and autonomy are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Strong organizational skills are highly valued. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel with advanced functions, PowerPoint) is required, along with comfort in working with numbers. A strong sensitivity to solidarity actions and volunteer engagement is considered a significant asset for this position.

Educational Background:
Candidates should be enrolled in a higher education program, specifically a BTS or IUT, focusing on commercial techniques, sales administration, or marketing. Knowledge in customer relations is also essential for this role.

Experience:
The position is suitable for candidates who may not have extensive professional experience but should demonstrate a foundational understanding of donor relations and customer service principles. Previous internships or volunteer experiences in related fields would be beneficial.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as the position requires effective communication with donors and internal teams. Proficiency in English or other languages would be advantageous but is not a strict requirement.

Additional Notes:
This position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract for a duration of 12 months, based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The desired work rhythm is two weeks on, one week off. Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and educational level, spread over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (pro-rated based on presence) and 25 days of paid leave (also pro-rated). Health coverage is provided at 80% by ACF, and transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% between home and work. Meal vouchers are partially covered by the association (60% of an 8-euro value). Employees receive 170 euros annually for social works and discounts on cinema tickets. The organization supports remote work, allowing employees to choose to work fully or partially from home, with a requirement of four days per month at the headquarters for meetings and collective events. The first six weeks will require two days of presence per week for team integration. Special conditions include prolonged sitting, oral communication, and screen work.
