Job Overview:
The position of Online Volunteer for Philosophical, Theological, Ethical, and Cultural Anthropology Support involves contributing to the enhancement of the MoralityCode Mobile App, which is an innovative ethical decision-making tool. This role is crucial as it integrates moral philosophy, emotional intelligence, cultural anthropology, and a health and medical model into the app. The second phase of the project focuses on enhancing user experience, improving interface responsiveness, refining the AI/ML reasoning engine, and deepening philosophical content. Volunteers will develop new content to enrich the app's moral reasoning database by integrating diverse insights from various fields. Each volunteer will be assigned a specific enhancement area, ensuring clarity and accountability in their contributions. The objective is to create structured moral dilemmas or ethical scenarios that reflect global cultural realities and provide inclusive moral guidance for users from all backgrounds.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Each online volunteer will be responsible for producing structured ethical content for the MoralityCode AI. This includes developing 20 moral dilemmas or ethical scenarios, each designed as a structured narrative case study for AI moral reasoning training. The scenarios should reflect diverse global cultural contexts and incorporate real-world social, philosophical, or community-based situations. Volunteers must integrate ethical reasoning grounded in philosophical, theological, and anthropological perspectives, ensuring balance and inclusivity. They will also ensure that all scenarios follow a structured storytelling and tagging framework, including classification across various categories to support database filtering and AI training. The content must maintain cultural sensitivity, moral neutrality, and respect for spiritual and worldview diversity. Each scenario should be approximately 300–500 words in length and include structured elements such as scenario description, key ethical concepts, and guiding reflection questions.

Required Qualifications:
Volunteers should possess a strong understanding of philosophical, theological, ethical, and cultural anthropology concepts. They should have the ability to write clearly and effectively, with a focus on creating structured narratives that reflect diverse cultural contexts. Familiarity with ethical reasoning and moral philosophy is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Volunteers must also have a laptop and a stable internet connection to participate in weekly coordination meetings.

Educational Background:
A background in philosophy, theology, cultural anthropology, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have relevant academic qualifications or equivalent experience that demonstrates their understanding of ethical reasoning and cultural diversity.

Experience:
While specific experience in app development is not required, candidates should have experience in writing, content development, or research related to ethical and philosophical topics. Experience working in multicultural environments or with diverse communities is a plus, as it will enhance the quality of the content developed for the app.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, as all content will be developed in English. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly those that reflect the cultural diversity of the target user base, is considered a valuable asset.

Additional Notes:
This is a volunteer position, and the estimated workload involves creating 20 structured moral dilemmas or ethical scenarios. Volunteers are expected to participate in weekly coordination meetings held via Zoom or Google Meet every Thursday from 1:00–1:30 PM UTC. The role is designed to be flexible, allowing volunteers to contribute from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
