The assistant will support market research, product innovation, and liaise with colleagues to plan procurement initiatives. Responsibilities also include preparing documentation for Long Term Arrangements (LTAs), processing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and assisting with bid openings and analysis. The role involves monitoring procurement processes, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Additionally, the assistant will provide input on logistics components, monitor customs clearance, and maintain documentation for logistics operations. The position also includes warehousing and inventory management tasks, such as assessing warehousing capacity, preparing stock reports, and ensuring compliance with UNICEF policies. The assistant will support the establishment of collaborative procurement and logistics arrangements with partners and maintain up-to-date files for all transactions.

Required Qualifications:
