Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the International Consultant include but are not limited to: conducting market research to identify opportunities for women-led MSMEs; developing marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of these businesses; collaborating with local stakeholders to enhance market access; providing training and capacity-building sessions for women entrepreneurs; creating promotional materials and campaigns to raise awareness about women-led businesses; monitoring and evaluating the impact of implemented strategies; preparing detailed reports on progress and outcomes; and ensuring compliance with UNDP guidelines and standards throughout the project duration. The consultant will also be expected to engage in continuous communication with the UNDP procurement team and other relevant parties to ensure alignment with project goals.
