Duties and Responsibilities: The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing quality technical support to UNFPA's implementing partners in project planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities. Key duties include designing and monitoring initiatives related to rights-based quality SRH service delivery, including adolescent and youth SRH, emergency obstetric and newborn care (EmONC), family planning, and management of sexual and gender-based violence. The analyst will report on project progress, contribute to knowledge management strategies, and ensure compliance with UNFPA business processes. Additionally, the role involves monitoring financial implementation, supporting the development of national capacities in SRH, and participating in workshops to promote SRHR issues in national development plans. The analyst will also ensure emergency preparedness and carry out other duties as assigned by UNFPA leadership.

Additional Notes: This position is a national UN Volunteer assignment, which means that the volunteer will be responsible for arranging their own housing and living essentials. The role offers a monthly Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) of 1,597.25 USD, along with a Danger and Hardship Differential (DHD) of 575 USD. Volunteers are entitled to annual and learning leaves, as well as free medical and life insurance. The position is full-time and requires a commitment to the UNFPA's mission and objectives.
