Job Overview: The position of Alternant.e Marketing Digital involves collaboration with the Digital Collection Officer to provide support to the digital marketing team. The role encompasses various responsibilities aimed at enhancing the organization's fundraising efforts through digital channels. The candidate will contribute to the implementation of the Solidarity Bibs project, ensuring the smooth registration process for participants in various races included in the project. They will respond to inquiries and guide participants through different stages of the project, participate in the development of the annual communication plan, and research content while proposing creative ideas that align with the defined objectives and target audiences. The role also requires the candidate to design visual materials using tools like Photoshop and InDesign, engage with stakeholders and external service providers, and contribute to existing fundraising actions. Additionally, the candidate will manage email scheduling, analyze email performance, and provide regular reporting based on established indicators and dashboards. They will also liaise with the Donor Relations Service and external providers to resolve any technical or management issues encountered by online donors, contribute to the development of fundraising initiatives, and conduct regular market and innovation monitoring. Supporting the implementation of the Solidarity Bibs project by ensuring participant registrations are managed effectively.

Assisting in the development of the annual communication plan, including researching content and proposing creative ideas.
Producing messages in accordance with the action plan and defined objectives.
Designing visual materials using Photoshop and InDesign for required supports within the action plan.

Managing the email scheduling process and routing emails for the department.
