Job Overview: The Finance Manager for Sudan and Chad plays a critical role in overseeing the financial management of the organization, ensuring compliance with Relief International's policies, donor regulations, and local laws. Duties and Responsibilities: The Finance Manager will lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with the organization's priorities and funding realities. Key responsibilities include providing strategic financial advice to senior management, overseeing the budgeting process, ensuring compliance with donor regulations, and managing financial reporting. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for cash flow management, internal controls, and audit preparation. Specific duties include leading the development and monitoring of master budgets, preparing monthly financial statements, managing cash flow forecasts, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and supporting grant financial management throughout the lifecycle. Additionally, the Finance Manager will assess partners' financial management capabilities, provide training, and ensure timely payments to partners.
