Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the UN Volunteer include assisting in the business analysis, development, and deployment of software solutions; maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure; preparing data sets and maintaining reports/dashboards; monitoring and troubleshooting system issues; performing routine system updates and upgrades; identifying vulnerabilities and managing patches; implementing continuous delivery systems; troubleshooting issues in various environments; and documenting all processes and updates clearly. Additionally, the volunteer is expected to engage in UNV activities, reflect on their voluntary actions, contribute to publications, assist new volunteers, and promote online volunteering.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a strong understanding of ICT and emerging technologies, with skills in software development and business analysis. Familiarity with IT infrastructure management and data analysis is essential. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues is also required.
