Job Overview:
The Associate Senior Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in the World Bank Group's mission by leading the design and implementation of integrated, AI-ready technology solutions. The role is integral to the Corporate Application Delivery Optimization team, which focuses on enhancing corporate application development and developer productivity through modern development tools, cloud-native practices, and agile methodologies. The Associate Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for ensuring interoperability, stability, usability, and high availability in distributed environments, thereby enabling corporate application teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Associate Senior Solutions Architect include designing scalable, cloud-native architecture solutions that meet client needs and adhere to industry standards. The architect will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, integration patterns, and platform standards to facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization. They will establish architectural guardrails for both pro-code and low-code/no-code development platforms. Additionally, the architect will evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks, particularly in AI integrations, to enhance solution performance and reliability. They will conduct architectural reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and organizational modernization goals, while also collaborating with Agile teams to identify and resolve architectural inconsistencies. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and providing technical guidance to engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Associate Senior Solutions Architect position must possess a Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on architectural experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and enterprise low-code/pro-code platforms, specifically OutSystems and Power Platform. They should demonstrate a strong track record of integrating modern AI solutions into corporate environments and possess proven abilities in designing and documenting scalable technology solutions that align with enterprise standards and industry best practices.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with a Bachelor's degree accompanied by significant relevant experience. The emphasis is on advanced knowledge and skills in software engineering practices, cloud technologies, and AI integrations, which are critical for the successful execution of the role's responsibilities.

Experience:
