Job Overview: The position of Alternant(e) in administrative and logistical support is designed for a candidate who can provide assistance and follow-up to delegations while supporting the Engagement and Associative Mobilization Service (EMA). The role involves various tasks such as supporting communication tools, assisting departmental delegates in volunteer recruitment, monitoring social media, drafting the annual newsletter for delegations, and creating internal communication materials to highlight their actions and maintain a strong connection between headquarters and the field. Additionally, the candidate will manage logistics for delegations, ensuring they have the necessary materials, managing stock, organizing the dispatch of supplies, and maintaining a smooth flow of communication with suppliers. The role also includes financial oversight, such as recording purchase requests and expense reports, verifying invoicing, and monitoring bank accounts monthly. The candidate will also provide logistical and organizational support for events organized by delegations or at headquarters, ensuring smooth operations during events and meetings, which may occur on weekends or weekdays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support in monitoring communication tools and assist departmental delegates in volunteer recruitment.
Conduct social media monitoring to enhance the organization's outreach.
Draft the annual newsletter and various internal communication materials to promote the actions of delegations.
Propose and produce documents such as reports, statistics, and analyses to showcase the impact of the delegations.
Manage logistics for delegations, including stock management and dispatch of supplies.
Record and centralize purchase requests and expense reports from delegations.
Verify invoicing and maintain relationships with suppliers for smooth exchanges.
Monitor monthly bank accounts in collaboration with relevant teams.

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be pursuing a minimum of a Bac +3 in communication, marketing, or project management. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot, Mailchimp) is essential. Familiarity with CANVA is required, and prior experience in communication or project management is a significant advantage. The role demands strong oral communication skills, as the candidate will frequently interact with various internal and external stakeholders, represent the organization at events, and support presentations or awareness-raising activities. Clarity, adaptability, and confidence in expression are crucial attributes for success in this position. Previous volunteer experience in an association or engagement in solidarity actions is also valued.

Additional Notes: The employment status for this position is either an apprenticeship or a professionalization contract, lasting for 12 months. The work schedule is structured as two weeks on, one week off. The position is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and educational level, spread over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) and 25 days of paid leave, prorated based on presence. Health coverage is provided at 80% by Action contre la Faim. Transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% for the commute between home and work. Meal vouchers are partially covered by the organization, and employees receive additional benefits such as social works and discounts on cinema tickets. The organization supports remote work, allowing employees to choose to work fully or partially from home, with a requirement for 16 days of presence per month at headquarters, including dedicated time for meetings and collective events.
