Job Overview:
The primary objective of this position is to manage personnel administration and payroll processes effectively. The role involves overseeing employee files from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and providing administrative support to employees. Additionally, the position requires collecting and entering payroll data, producing and verifying pay slips, and ensuring accurate social declarations. A key aspect of the role is project management, which includes participating in the implementation and evolution of HR tools and contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes and facilitating change within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Personnel Administration: Manage employee files from entry to exit, including contracts, amendments, and certificates. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and assist employees with administrative inquiries.
  • Payroll Management: Collect and input variable payroll data, produce and verify pay slips, and ensure social declarations are completed accurately. Maintain the reliability and compliance of payroll processes.
  • Project Management: Participate in the implementation and evolution of HR tools, including payroll systems and digitalization efforts. Contribute to cross-functional projects such as vendor changes and process optimization. Support teams through change management initiatives, including communication, training, and support.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have significant experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in a similar role, demonstrating mastery of payroll processes and personnel administration. Experience in project management, including tool deployment and change management, is essential. Candidates should exhibit attention to detail and rigor in data collection and processing, alongside excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Educational Background:
While specific educational requirements are not detailed, a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically expected for roles of this nature, particularly given the complexity of payroll and personnel management.

Experience:
