Job Overview: The Senior Human Resource Assistant position is situated within the Talent Acquisition Division of the Budget, People, and Management Systems Department at ADB. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Human Resource Assistant include providing operational and administrative support to the Director of the Talent Acquisition Division, assisting in recruitment activities by managing the roster of independent panelists, and serving as the first point of contact for routine queries related to the division. The role also involves assisting in budget management by raising requisitions in budget-related systems, updating references and links related to division policies, and coordinating announcements within the division and across departments. The Senior Human Resource Assistant will manage the Director's meetings, appointments, and travel requirements, consolidate inputs on work planning and budget, and track relevant reports. Additionally, the role requires general office administration, maintaining filing systems, managing office supplies, and coordinating division-wide meetings and events. The incumbent may also be assigned other duties as reflected in their workplan.
Required Qualifications: To qualify for the Senior Human Resource Assistant position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least five years of relevant work experience.
