Job Overview: The position of Assistant(e) to the Coordinatrice Ile-de-France involves supporting the daily management of the base. The role requires assisting the Coordinator in monitoring the context and external representation and communication. This includes organizing and participating in external meetings, preparing meeting reports, and engaging in specific contextual monitoring relevant to the geographical area. The assistant will also support the drafting and revision of internal and external communication tools, aid in organizing events and multi-stakeholder initiatives for external communication and advocacy, and assist in the administrative and logistical management of the base according to ACF procedures and tools. The role also involves tracking the needs for the functioning of the base and projects, making necessary purchases, recording expenses in accounting, and ensuring proper archiving of supporting documents. The assistant will manage volunteeradministration as needed, participate in the implementation of base activities, actively engage in team meetings, and prepare updates for monthly team meeting minutes. Under the supervision of project managers, the assistant may also participate in various activities depending on workload and needs, such as supporting logistical organization, conducting field surveys, and coordinating volunteers during activities. Additionally, the assistant will engage in transversal work on the mission and activities related to the right to food.

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be committed and hold a master's degree in management, project management, social/médico-social fields, law, political science, or local/territorial development. The candidate must demonstrate project management skills, exhibit rigor, organization, and flexibility. Strong relational and writing skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel, the Office suite, and basic graphic design tools like Canva. Experience in network animation, actor coordination, associative engagement, or support for vulnerable individuals is required. Knowledge of food security, monitoring and evaluation, social action, or food democracy is a plus, as is experience in advocacy. A driving license (permis B) is appreciated. The candidate should possess strong analytical, synthesis, written, and oral expression skills, and have an interest in administrative, financial, logistical aspects, as well as design, graphic design, and communication. A particular focus on issues of precarity in France and the role of associations is important, along with a familiarity with or desire to learn about the Île-de-France region and its engaged associative fabric against precarity.
Educational Background: A master's degree in relevant fields such as management, project management, social/médico-social, law, political science, or local/territorial development is required for this position.
Experience: Candidates should have experience in project management, network animation, coordination of actors, associative engagement, or support for vulnerable individuals. Familiarity with food security, monitoring and evaluation, social action, or food democracy is advantageous, as is experience in advocacy.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory. Proficiency in English or other languages is considered a plus, enhancing communication capabilities within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Additional Notes: This position is an apprenticeship contract lasting 12 months, with a desired rhythm of 3 days on and 2 days off. The workplace is located in Montreuil. Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of education, spread over 13 months. Employees receive 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) prorated based on presence, and 25 days of paid leave also prorated. Health coverage and insurance are provided, with 80% covered by ACF. Transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% for the commute between home and work. Meal vouchers are partially covered by the association (60% of an 8-euro value). Employees also receive 175 euros per year for social works and discounts on cinema tickets. Remote work is possible. The role may involve prolonged sitting, oral communication, screen work, and occasional travel within Île-de-France.
