Job Overview: Under the supervision of the International Stock Manager, the role involves managing the supplies and de-stocking of central stocks located in Paris and Lyon, as well as providing administrative support to the Stock Manager in managing decentralized stocks, which includes overseeing entries and exits and stock valuation. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure efficient stock management and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper management of central stocks, assisting procurement officers in preparing field shipments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain operations.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities for this position include:
Managing the central stocks located in Paris and Lyon, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment.
Overseeing the administrative management of decentralized stocks, including tracking stock movements and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting procurement officers in preparing shipments for field operations, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and properly documented.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of stock management processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and support for supply chain activities.
Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in all stock management tasks.
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to logistics and supply chain management.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include:
A diploma at the BTS or Bac+2 level in logistics, stock management, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze data for stock management purposes.
Strong initiative and autonomy in work, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in English.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a BTS or Bac+2 level education in fields related to logistics, stock management, purchasing, or supply chain management. This educational background is essential to ensure that the candidate has the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to perform the duties associated with the position effectively.
Experience: The position requires candidates to have relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally with a focus on stock management. Additional Notes: The employment status for this position is Agent de Maîtrise, Class 9, with a full-time permanent contract. The role is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), with a salary range of 30,000 to 34,000 euros gross annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT, health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization. The position allows for remote work, with a requirement for 16 days of in-office presence per month, along with mandatory attendance for collective meetings and integration days.
