Job Overview: The Information SystemsCoordinator plays a pivotal role in the management and support of RAI's primary information systems, specifically IRIS and ETO. This position is integral to the Research, Analysis, and Learning team at the IRC's headquarters and is responsible for providing technical assistance, support, and administration for these systems. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that the organization meets its goal of data-driven, evidence-based programming by responding to support requests from over 1000 end users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions. The coordinator will also be responsible for developing and disseminating training resources to staff across the network, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of the information systems in use. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality and user support.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Information Systems Coordinator will serve as an expert in both the IRIS and ETO systems, providing end-user support to over 1000 users while adhering to established escalation protocols. Key responsibilities include managing new account creation requests, facilitating training sessions for staff, producing and updating training materials, and serving as the point of contact for ETO Local Site Administrators. The coordinator will participate in quarterly release planning and execution of system enhancements, bug fixes, and larger-scale buildouts, including custom query and report building. Additionally, the coordinator will work with support staff, program staff, and technical advisors to implement quality assurance measures and coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure that the systems meet program and departmental needs. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the organization's objectives.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Information Systems Coordinator position should possess a university degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field. Knowledge or experience with social service case management or program management software, particularly ETO, is highly desirable. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely are critical for success in this role. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new information systems and support software, including IRIS, ETO, and ServiceNow.
