Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing visual template systems that align with UNICEF branding. The initial task will involve developing a set of templates for three thematic areas: Early Childhood Development, Youth Engagement, and Humanitarian Communication. The designer must ensure that the templates are adaptable for various formats, including social media posts, carousel content, and quote or message visuals. Additionally, the designer will deliver editable design files along with short instructions on how to reuse the templates. The expected deliverables include three thematic template systems, with each theme featuring one social media post template, one carousel template, and one quote/key message template. The designer will also be expected to provide clear guidelines for the communications team to effectively use these templates in their outreach efforts.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Creative Graphic Designer position should possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles and experience in creating visually appealing content. Proficiency in design software, particularly Canva, is essential. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
