Job Overview:
The Project Lead will be responsible for providing overall technical, operational, and strategic leadership for the delivery of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) training across five selected provinces under the ABT–PATH subcontract. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality implementation of GBV training, strong stakeholder coordination, compliance with DFAT and FHI 360 safeguarding standards, and timely delivery of outputs and reports. The Project Lead will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance the quality of GBV services and strengthen response systems, ensuring that the training provided is effective and meets the needs of the communities served.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Lead will have a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities, including leading the planning, coordination, and implementation of GBV training activities across all five provinces. They will oversee the development and adaptation of training schedules, work plans, and budgets, ensuring alignment with ABT/PATH objectives, DFAT requirements, and national GBV policies. The Project Lead will provide day-to-day supervision and mentoring of GBV Training Officers and the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. They will act as the primary focal point with ABT, Provincial Health Authorities, and key GBV stakeholders, strengthening coordination with health, police, welfare, and referral pathway actors. Additionally, the Project Lead will represent FHI 360 in technical meetings and provincial engagements related to GBV. They will ensure that all training activities adhere to FHI 360 and DFAT safeguarding, PSEAH, and child protection policies, maintaining high technical and ethical standards in GBV training delivery. The Project Lead will also review and approve programmatic and narrative reports for submission to ABT, ensuring accurate documentation of activities, lessons learned, and outcomes, and supporting audits, performance assessments, and compliance reviews as required.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires a postgraduate qualification in public health, social sciences, gender studies, development, or a related field. Candidates should have a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in GBV programming, training, or gender-focused development work. Proven experience in managing donor-funded programs is highly desirable, particularly with DFAT. Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as public health, social sciences, gender studies, or development. This educational background is crucial for understanding the complexities of gender-based violence and the necessary approaches to address it effectively.

Experience:
