Job Overview: The position of Responsable de Service Finance - Comptabilité involves overseeing the accounting activities of the organization to ensure the reliability of data, security of cash flows, and efficiency of financial processes. Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, the role requires managing a team of two within the accounting service. The successful candidate will pilot accounting and tax activities, manage treasury operations, and supervise the production of mission accounting. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the harmonization and optimization of internal financial processes and tools. The candidate will support the Heads of Departments in their daily operations, participate in OHADA projects, assist with the finalization of closures with accountants and auditors, and engage in the implementation of Odoo as part of the SYSTER project. The role also involves addressing international accounting issues and working on atypical contracts, making it a multifaceted position that requires both technical and managerial skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting service, ensuring the team of two is effectively supported and guided.

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should hold a recognized accounting diploma and possess mixed experience in both the social economy and private sectors, particularly in implementing accounting tools. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to establish adequate control levels for operations, manage accounting closures, and analyze financial information to implement appropriate solutions. Strong management skills and experience in team support are essential. Proficiency in accounting software (such as Agresso or Saga) and banking tools (like Turbo or Exabanque) is required. The candidate should also exhibit curiosity and an open-minded approach to problem-solving.
Educational Background: A diploma in accounting or a related field is required for this position. The educational background should include formal training in accounting principles, financial management, and relevant software applications. Additional certifications in finance or management would be advantageous.
Experience: Candidates should have a proven track record of experience in accounting roles, ideally with a mix of experience in both the social economy and private sectors. Experience in managing teams and overseeing financial processes is crucial, along with a demonstrated ability to implement accounting systems and controls effectively.

It is a full-time position based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €47,000 to €57,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave, 21 days of RTT, health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transport allowances covering 50% of commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization.
