Job Overview:
The Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Advisor is a pivotal role within the Analysis Department of MSF’s Access team, responsible for leading and coordinating the development of strategies, plans, and activities related to Sexual and Reproductive Health. This position addresses critical access barriers to priority tools, technologies, and innovations in SRH. The advisor will conduct extensive research and analysis on SRH priorities, pipelines, and trends, providing technical and strategic advice on emerging issues that require in-depth investigation and strategic development. The role also involves supporting the implementation of advocacy strategies related to priority SRH technologies and innovations, ensuring that MSF can effectively influence product availability and market shaping in humanitarian contexts. The advisor will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and maintain relationships with technical experts, medical referents, and MSF projects, necessitating frequent international travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Advisor will lead research and analysis on the SRH dossier, focusing on priority objectives and domains. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive analyses on barriers affecting the availability, affordability, appropriateness, and quality of SRH products and technologies. The advisor will monitor market dynamics, including pricing trends, supply chain vulnerabilities, patent landscapes, regulatory pathways, and R&D pipelines, producing high-quality internal reports, policy briefs, and strategic notes to support decision-making across MSF. Additionally, the advisor will respond to requests regarding access barriers for SRH products, analyze these barriers, and support the development of targeted advocacy strategies. Collaboration with the pharmacist advisor is essential for procurement analysis and price reduction negotiations, and the advisor will represent the access team at technical working groups and international conferences related to SRH access issues.

Required Qualifications:
