The Supply Field Mutualization Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating the implementation of mutualization for supply activities at the field level within MSF. The coordinator will be responsible for assessing the feasibility of mutualization in various countries, engaging with stakeholders at both field and headquarters levels, and ensuring that the mutualization process aligns with MSF's strategic objectives. The coordinator will utilize a two-step methodology for each country, starting with a feasibility assessment followed by the deployment of mutualization strategies. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Supply Field Mutualization Project Coordinator will be tasked with conducting feasibility assessments to evaluate the potential for supply chain mutualization in prioritized countries. This involves engaging with HQ stakeholders, developing Terms of Reference for feasibility studies, mapping operational footprints, analyzing local spending, and conducting structured engagements with mission teams. The coordinator will also be responsible for performing comprehensive risk analyses, developing evidence-based proposals for mutualization scenarios, and consolidating findings into structured feasibility reports. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee the endorsement of mutualization proposals, negotiate support visits from technical specialists, and lead discussions on aligning supply chain practices across sections. The role includes monitoring implementation progress, identifying challenges, and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders involved in the mutualization project.

Required Qualifications:

Additional Notes:
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract at 100% for a duration of 12 months, with a starting date as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be based in any MSF office, with the default location being the MSF office in their country of residence at the time of application. The compensation and benefits package will be aligned with MSF's practices in the entity establishing the contract.
