This involves engaging with HQ stakeholders, developing Terms of Reference for feasibility studies, mapping operational footprints, analyzing local spending, and conducting structured engagements with mission teams. The coordinator will also be responsible for performing comprehensive risk analyses, developing evidence-based proposals for mutualization scenarios, and consolidating findings into structured feasibility reports. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee the endorsement of mutualization proposals, negotiate support visits from technical specialists, and lead discussions on aligning supply chain practices across sections. The role includes monitoring implementation progress, identifying challenges, and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders involved in the mutualization project.
