Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will have a variety of duties, including but not limited to: assisting with the organization and coordination of events and meetings, preparing minutes and follow-ups, creating presentations and other materials; managing communications for events, webinars, and trainings; supporting the rollout of regional projects for Europe and North America; assisting with digital tools for regional activities; and contributing to the annual membership survey through design and data analysis. The intern will also be expected to engage with various stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the internship.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following criteria at the time of application: be enrolled in a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); be in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent); or have graduated with a university degree and must commence the internship within a one-year period of graduation. A background in economics, political sciences, sustainability, environmental studies, development studies, business administration, or finance is preferred. Experience with digital tools and communications is considered an asset. Proof of enrollment or graduation date is required if selected for the position.
Educational Background: Candidates must be students in the final year of their first university degree (bachelor or equivalent), or enrolled in a Master’s or Ph.D. program, or have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. program.
