The volunteer will work closely with the Communications Team to ensure that the final document adheres to UNV branding and style guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Online Volunteer will be tasked with several key responsibilities, including:

• Reviewing the final Word document to ensure consistency in formatting, which includes checking margins, typography, spacing, images, tables, headers, footers, and overall layout.
• Designing a visually coherent layout for the publication-ready PDF, ensuring it aligns with UNV branding and style guidelines.
• Ensuring that the final PDF document is fully accessible, which involves proper tagging, providing alternative text for images, establishing a logical reading order, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards for individuals with disabilities.
• Collaborating with the Volunteer Solutions Section and the Communications Team to ensure that all formatting and design elements meet the required standards.
• Meeting the deadline for the PDF file to be ready by 27 March 2026, ensuring timely delivery of the project.

Required Qualifications:
