Job Overview:
The position of Analista de Gestão de Compliance involves coordinating and supervising actions related to the Compliance Normativa axis within a project aimed at enhancing cybersecurity for the judiciary in Brazil. The project, established in partnership with the National Justice Council (CNJ), seeks to implement tools and strategies that strengthen cybersecurity, digital preservation, and information integrity. The role requires close collaboration with CNJ and UNDP teams to ensure alignment with strategic guidelines, contributing to the project's efficiency, quality, and predictability. The candidate is expected to work remotely, necessitating a suitable work environment and necessary equipment for effective performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Analista de Gestão de Compliance include:
  • Planning and managing governance in cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and technical standards.
  • Establishing mechanisms for continuous monitoring of relevant regulatory changes.
  • Coordinating compliance audits to ensure adherence to established norms.
  • Integrating information from audits and best practices to promote continuous improvement.
  • Disseminating regulatory best practices and strengthening institutional governance.
  • Ensuring transparency and coherence in normative processes, producing executive and technical reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Leading and managing a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Facilitating knowledge management by documenting best practices and lessons learned from the project.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for this position include a strong understanding of compliance governance, digital governance, law, risk management, auditing, or security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">information security. Candidates should possess skills in regulatory analysis, public policy formulation, and compliance management, preferably within the public sector or justice system. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear operational guidance.

Educational Background:
Candidates must hold an advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Law, Information Technology, Information Security, Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, IT Management, or related fields. A Bachelor's degree combined with two additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.

Experience:
Candidates with an advanced university degree do not require prior professional experience. However, those with a Bachelor's degree must have at least two years of relevant experience in governance, digital governance, law, compliance, risk management, auditing, or information security.

Languages:
Fluency in Portuguese is required for this position, while a basic level of English is desirable. This language proficiency is essential for effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
